Even low PSI pressure washing can damage the granules that protect shingles and void most roof warranties.
How does your AMP (Annual Maintenance Program) work?
Our roof cleaning service comes with a 2-year warranty. To avoid re-growth and the need for brush removal, we recommend a re-spray every 1-2 years, making re-application more affordable and extending the life of your roof. Our annual maintenance program includes gutter cleaning, siding cleaning, and skylight windows washing, typically performed twice a year—at the beginning of spring and just before the rainy season. Given the Lower Mainland's windy conditions and abundant trees, regular maintenance is crucial.
